Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE :

It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products.

As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that’s delivered in the best of condition.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order.
The right product will be delivered to the customer in 7- 14 working days.

To exchange a product or report damage in transit please get in touch with us via email on [email protected] within 24 hours of the product delivery.

Gemque is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay – for any international order.

Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.

SHIPPING CHARGES :

We offer a free shipping on orders above 1000 INR, for orders less than 1000 INR shipping cost will be 100 INR for brass jewellery and 150 INR for silver jewellery on domestic orders.
For international orders, shipping charges are subjected to the place and market.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order. Any duties or charges are directly paid to the shipping agency, they are levied only once the product enters the country and has to be paid by the customer.
